A Flap of Plein Airs on eBay

I understand the psychology Bluebell, however this may work the first time it was advertised. Trouble is that most of us have seen this car on the forum and on Ebay and so it's interesting to try and work out the seller's marketing strategy!! Pricewise, it's going up and down like a yo yo and one could assume that he is desperate to sell, that is until it went drastically up in price!!

If I wanted to sell a convertible, it would be nearer the Spring rather than this time of year. Even with the hood up, the heater would be working overtime. Maybe this is a car for use in sunnier and warmer areas of the globe.

The seller strikes me as a greedy so and so. I was offered the same car a couple of years ago (when it was newer) for sensible Plein Air money (less than £3k). Turned it down only partly because I didn't want a Plein Air.

Back then it was one of about 5 originals in the UK (but that was before the great disaster at the annual UK Plein Air flap).
