Firsty time l found it at the garage abandoned!!! it threat me at first time

unfortunately it stay in the Yard of Revenue Authorty for almost one monthn for not paid road licence.....

l paid some little amount of money and revenue authority release the car, l start paint the engine and wash my lovely R4

l put new mirror and start to take engine apart........ wash it because it was full of dirty and contaminated of oil in every part of engine........

I use mirror of nisani sunny instead of R4, that one of R4 its not available in my country.

I notice that there was no sump gasket they use silcone onbehalf of gasket.... That is why it leak oil.
 
Look how the body was dirty of oil....................

mhhhhh at first place i was think that radiator was dirty, l take the radiator to the mechanic and wash it, but my R4 still have too hot water in expansion bottle and it make it to dry every time. but it was gasket failure.................
 
l buy new gasket.....

if you saw this gaskets you will think its the same and they fit, but not.................

mechanics start take engine apart and measure valves, check piston ring, etc............

l start washing sump and all engine with gasoline and Vim, at least it attract to the eyes of people

unfortunately mechanics will finish putting cylinder head tomorrow, so l end up put all things in the back of my R4

mechanics put new gasket, measure valves, and put new oil, oil filter,new petrol filter... it works great, everyone admire it!
 
l take my lovely R4 to home, next day l drive it happy..... but l notice there is leak like milk in oil filter............. mechanics told me its mixture of oil and water............. so it needed to do reface cylinder head.....

they open cylinder head for doing reface, while open..one clever mechanics told me that the new gasket is not fit perfectly in sleeves, the cycle of gasket is big compare of sleeves that is why it make mixture of oil and water

after reface cylinder head l end up buy another gasket which fit with sleeves
