Hi all
I know this subject has been covered before but having a few nice days has inspired me to fit my twingo sunroof. I will be going down the same route as the lads from Belgium by making a template from the original sheet metal. I have dismantled the roof cut and found the construction of the sunroof quite simple. the roof section has been cut down to a manageable size and I am now contemplating the exact location for the fitting. centre lines drawn and test fit measures up really well. as for the initial cut... I don't know whats gonna be best, nibbler, grinder with 3mm cutting disc or a jigsaw? I plan to cut straight-lines first then use the jigsaw for the fiddly bits.
