In Summer i don't work much on cars(too hot in Malta and prefer going to the sea but managed to get it over on its wheels,have a great summer!

P.S. Will it be trouble to mount front torsion bars now when lower arm is tightened in place?

Hi thanks, the front torsion bars are already in place and tensioned, i loosened the arms tensioned the bars and tightened the arms,Hopefully all is ok

Its been a while since i posted some pics. Work did not stop though its had its final coat of filler now spray painting the shell in white next.

Finally got some paint on. The pics show the outside and wheel tubs painted but the shell has all been given 3 coats of Renault 355 arctic white

Nice job ! I have been using lead loading repairs since the 1970's, and it is the best solution for large repairs like this.

The problem nowadays is that lead sticks have become way too expensive their price had tripled within 6 years! Even the acid isn't cheap.
