P.S. Will it be trouble to mount front torsion bars now when lower arm is tightened in place?

Hi thanks, the front torsion bars are already in place and tensioned, i loosened the arms tensioned the bars and tightened the arms,Hopefully all is ok
 
Looks fantastic and good inspiration for me recently bought an Arctic white 4GTL needs work but not as severe as yours started out.. keep it coming thanks

Is the body now straight and fermly attached to the rear chassis legs?
It's looking good.
 
Nice job ! I have been using lead loading repairs since the 1970's, and it is the best solution for large repairs like this.
The problem nowadays is that lead sticks have become way too expensive their price had tripled within 6 years! Even the acid isn't cheap.
