Marco since using Autocad it's made me think differently and work accurately - I can see you have taken the trouble to mark measurements where you are welding - great work a pleasure to see :clapping:
 
Same here, I removed the two rubber stoppers in the end but need to put them back on.. the seal once closed for a while seems to have stretched a little

I need a bit of help!!
Doing 200km i noticed that the km/l consumptiont is around 10km/l. How I can increase? There are only 2 screw on the carburator(28 zenith), one for the idle and one for the mix on the idle. The timing is correct. New spark plugs. From wich range of Rpm the mix screw works?

Hi Marco, basically the mixture screw is only to set the mixture at idle speed. Once the engine is running faster fuel enters the carb via the main jet and air comes into the carb from the top where your air cleaner is.

I had very high fuel consumption for a long time and realised I was driving with my choke flap half closed.
